Responsibilities
Operate narrow-aisle Reach/Order Picker trucks to select, move, and stack up to 45+ tires per hour in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Pick orders efficiently, maintain rapid fulfillment targets, and manage heavy product handling safely at high elevation.
Navigate narrow aisles and perform elevated picks safely, using sharp spatial awareness and practical common sense.
Work overtime as needed to support high-volume inventory flow during peak demands.
Qualifications
Hold a valid Reach/Order Picker license with minimum 1 year of experience on order picker/reach truck forklift.
Prior experience handling tires is strongly preferred.
Perform comfortably at high elevations on narrow-aisle high-reach trucks.
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
High Operational Precision: Demonstrate a spotless safety record, zero historical accidents, and sharp practical judgment.
Reliable Transportation: Commit to reliable attendance (if using public transit, must manage a mandatory 30-minute walk from the nearest bus stop).
