Responsibilities
Support the Year-End compensation program; contribute to the development of tools, workshops, and reference materials; participate in the creation and maintenance of compensation educational resources; support the design and implementation of the incentive compensation management tool; lead and participate in projects; provide ad hoc and project-related analysis and program support; participate in broader Global Compensation Advisory projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources/labor relations, mathematics, or economics preferred, or equivalent relevant compensation experience. 2-3 years of experience in a similar compensation-related capacity. Experience with year-end compensation programs within an HR function is required, along with strong collaboration skills and experience working with managers, HR business partners, compensation leads, and advisors. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas). Experience with compensation testing and new system testing is a must. Workday advanced compensation knowledge and artificial intelligence awareness are considered assets.
