Responsibilities
As an HR Analyst III, you will manage the end-to-end service delivery of relocation files, serving as the primary point of contact for relocating colleagues and internal stakeholders.
- Provide domestic relocation advisory, support, and education to HR/TA partners and business units
- Manage domestic relocation inquiries and counsel stakeholders on programs, including offer letter wording and cost estimates
- Manage shared inbox/ASK HR Portal
- Provide proactive and regular updates to HR/hiring manager/other Global Mobility stakeholders on overall status of file
- Serve as the primary internal contact for relocating colleagues, conducting pre-offer walk-throughs, counselling colleague on approved relocation support and ongoing communication throughout the relocation lifecycle
- Obtain Privacy Use of Information form for all relocations
- Create, update, and maintain Colleague’s relocation file in database/system of record
- Engage with Travel & Expense team as necessary
- Ensure Relocation/Moving allowance is paid timely
- Prepare CRA letters
- Manage exception requests
- Provide backup support to other case managers as needed
- Coordinate service delivery with external partners such as relocation management companies, destination service providers, movers, and tax and immigration firms
- Engage regularly with external preferred partners to ensure seamless service delivery and successful Colleague experience
- Audit vendor invoices and approve for payment
- Provide specialized support for home sale/purchase program, working closely with service partner to ensure seamless service delivery and risk mitigation
- Negotiate/decision making on home losses that effect the business/bank
- Keep business/HR updated on any potential losses associated with home sales
- Audit home sale final billing & approve for payment
- Conduct immigration strategy assessments and coordinate petitions on cross-border/international cases
- Track visa/work permit expiries and initiate renewals
- Review immigration billing and assignment end dates
Customer-Focused Activities: Conduct research and evaluation related to HR initiatives; interact with partners; facilitate meetings and learning sessions; analyze business performance; drive process improvements; develop HR standards and metrics; coordinate policy meetings; support policy and process training and communication; conduct impact assessments for policy changes.
Shareholder Responsibilities: Adhere to enterprise frameworks and confidentiality; contribute to operational activities and projects; stay current with HR trends; conduct research; provide guidance to others; identify and manage risks; support a culture of risk management and control.
Employee/Team Responsibilities: Promote a positive work environment; enhance own expertise; share knowledge; participate in development activities; communicate project status; support diversity and equity; assist teammates; provide coaching and guidance; act as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications
Experience: 5–7 years of overall professional experience, with at least 3+ years specifically within HR or Global Mobility.
Education: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Industry Background: Prior experience within the Financial Services or Banking sector is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) and experience managing complex invoicing/billing processes.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational excellence, and a "think-ahead" approach to problem-solving.
