Responsibilities
Program Support & Deployment: Support the Lead Learning Solution Architect (LSA) in the end-to-end execution and deployment of major, pan-portfolio learning initiatives and quarterly leadership development programs.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct robust data analysis on learner consumption and success measures, utilizing Learning Management System (LMS) data, and translating findings into compelling reports and PowerPoint presentations for executive review.
Operational Coordination: Manage the intake process for various support teams (e.g., LMS, HR systems) required for annual plan projects. Coordinate meetings, document minutes, follow up on action items, and support vendor onboarding.
Risk Management & Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and flag risks to annual plan execution. Support the resolution of daily escalations related to course issues, exemptions, and functionality within the learning curriculum.
Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for process improvement, including optimizing tools, forms, tracking, and reporting to enhance the efficiency of learning solution execution.
Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with internal partners and sometimes directly with the business to manage requests for learning assets, conduct research, and ensure smooth program delivery.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience & Skills
Education: Post-secondary education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience) with a strong preference for a certification in a relevant learning, HR, or data-related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of overall experience, including specific experience in program coordination within the Learning & Development (L&D) space.
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated knowledge of LMS systems for data extraction, review, and analysis.
Expert proficiency with MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and executive communication.
Analytical & Communication Skills: Proven ability to look at complex data, analyze it, and effectively translate the findings into a clear, compelling story via presentations. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter who can own their work, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and work effectively both independently and as a team player.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Nice-to-Have)
Previous experience in program and project management.
