We are looking for a friendly and motivated HR Assistant to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in Human Resources while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment. If you’re a natural problem-solver who loves working with people, we want to meet you!
Advantages
Quick Start: Jump right into a role where you can build your resume and gain experience with a reputable client.
Focused Impact: Help a busy team clear their backlog and streamline their processes.
Networking: Connect with Randstad and our client’s HR leadership.
Weekly Pay: Get paid consistently through Randstad’s easy-to-use payroll system. The hourly wage for this role would be $24.
Responsibilities
In this role, you won’t just be "doing paperwork"—you’ll be the engine that keeps the HR department running smoothly. Your main tasks will include:
Record Keeping: Updating the HR system (HRIS) and ensuring all digital employee files are accurate and up to date.
Hiring Help: Assisting with the hiring process by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and helping new hires get settled.
Communication: Writing professional emails to employees and handling general HR administrative tasks as they pop up.
Tracking: Keeping an eye on documents to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who "gets it"—someone who understands that in HR, the small details matter. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
A Helpful Attitude: You’re proactive and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with MS Office and learn new software systems quickly.
Precision: You take pride in entering data correctly the first time.
Communication Skills: You can talk to candidates and managers clearly and professionally.
Experience: You have a background in admin work (bonus points if you’ve worked in HR or recruiting before!).
