Advantages
- Monday - Friday (no weekends), 8am-4pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Salary: $20-24/hourly (based on experience)

Responsibilities
As the HR Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Entering purchase orders, ordering office supplies and updating employee information and changes in the HRIS and ERP systems
- Supporting the onboarding process with new hire paperwork, orientation and updating security badges
- Using MS Excel to log and track information and doing spreadsheet manipulation and updates
- Document management and filing (related to health ands safety, training, employee files, attendance etc.)
- Liaising with internal departments as needed and being the point of contact for employee inquiries
- Supporting the team with general HR administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous HR experience or combination of education and experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce and/or ADP Workday is an asset
- MS Office Suite - Excel, Word and Outlook
- Above average communication (written and verbal)
- High learning agility with the ability to operate independently and problem solve
- Strong attention to detail and time management
