Responsibilities
Your Impact as an HR Coordinator
In this role, you will have the chance to touch upon various aspects of HR. Here is a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:
Elevate the Candidate Experience: Coordinate recruitment stages and ensure a seamless, memorable onboarding process for every new hire.
Master our HR Ecosystems: Accurately manage and update employee profiles within our Dayforce and AIM Campus platforms.
Turn Data into Insights: Generate strategic reports on key performance indicators (recruitment, turnover, compensation, etc.).
Ensure Administrative Excellence: Meticulously document personnel movements, disciplinary files, and employee career paths.
Support the HR Lifecycle: Provide key support during pivotal moments such as probation periods, annual performance reviews, and exit interviews.
Guarantee Compliance: Maintain up-to-date documentation and employee records for flawless organizational integrity.
Act as a Team Pillar: Support the HR team with various special projects based on current priorities.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team
To excel in this role, you should be comfortable with recruitment, highly organized, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a recruitment-related role.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English & French is required, as you will communicate regularly with colleagues and employees outside of Quebec.
- Team Spirit: A natural collaborator who values collective thinking and teamwork.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and personal rigor.
