Responsibilities
What you would do as a Human Resources Coordinator:
-Handle employee HR questions using critical analysis to resolve issues before escalation.
-Help understand and respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies and systems.
-Provide quality customer service by tracking and fully resolving employee issues.
-Identify complex HR requests and route them to the right expertise for resolution.
-Direct unresolved HR requests to the appropriate departments or managers.
Qualifications
What we're looking for in you for this role:
-Academic background in human resources or industrial relations.
-Experience in human resources. If you have completed an HR internship, you may also be considered.
-Fluent in English and French. Bilingualism is very important, as you will be working with an English-speaking internal clientele.
-Be open to learning and demonstrate autonomy in the workplace.
