We are looking for a tech-savvy HR Technician to support our partner, a multinational pharmaceutical company, in a high-volume transactional role. This temporary position offers schedule flexibility after a short training period and is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain or strengthen experience in an HR environment.

Responsibilities
What you would be responsible for as an HR Technician:
-Accurately enter data into various systems (Workday, ADP, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
-Ensure updates and verify the accuracy of employee records
-Support the team with the administrative management of absences and leaves of absence, as needed
-Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality
-Perform any other administrative tasks related to HR processing as required
Qualifications
What we are looking for in this human resources role:
-Academic background in Human Resources Management
-Bilingual, as internal communications may take place in both languages
-HR experience through an internship or in a corporate setting (an asset)
-Comfortable with technology
