Responsibilities
Here are the tasks you will perform as a generalist:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting drafting to interviews.
• Coordinate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
• Act as a trusted contact and advisor for managers and employees.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events.
• Provide payroll support by preparing and verifying hours using ADP Workforce Now.
• Handle administrative management (employment contracts, group insurance).
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on CNESST and occupational health and safety files.
• Conduct exit interviews and participate in various HR projects (pay equity, social activities).
Qualifications
You are the person we are looking for if you have the following qualifications:
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role.
• Practical experience with the ADP Workforce Now payroll system (an asset).
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector (an asset).
• Advanced proficiency in English for communicating with your international colleagues.
• On-site position in Laval.
