Qualifications
4 to 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Hands-on experience with Canadian payroll and ideally US labor laws/standards (a major asset).
Fluent bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, due to operations in the US and Canada.
Proficiency with IT tools: HiBob HRIS, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Office suite.
Strong autonomy, rigor, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
