Our client, a fast-growing company located in Saint-Léonard (Montreal), is seeking a Part-Time HR Office Clerk.

Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR files and records
Manage electronic pay stubs and verify payroll information for accuracy
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Assist with recruitment processes: candidate screening, conducting pre-screen interviews, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate internal company social events
Qualifications
Prior experience in an administrative support or HR role
Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is required to communicate with international suppliers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills
Dynamic, punctual, and detail-oriented
