Responsibilities
Develop and execute enterprise change management and adoption strategies
Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness assessments
Build and maintain stakeholder and executive sponsor relationships
Develop governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and executive reporting
Lead readiness planning, adoption activities, and implementation support
Partner with HR, Talent, Technology, Communications, and Operations teams
Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions
Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and organizational risks
Support stabilization and long-term sustainment activities
Qualifications
MUST-HAVE HARD SKILLS
Change Management Certification (Prosci preferred) and/or PMP Certification
Large-scale Enterprise Implementation Experience (LMS, HR Technology, Digital Transformation)
Change Governance, Risk Management, Executive Reporting, Readiness Planning, and Stakeholder Management
Organizational Readiness Assessments and Adoption Strategy Development
Executive-Level Presentation and Influencing Skills
SOFT SKILLS
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing abilities
Strategic thinking with strong leadership and consulting skills
NICE-TO-HAVE
LMS or Talent Management Platform implementation experience
Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or other regulated industries
Experience leading enterprise culture transformation, mindset shifts, and behavior change initiatives across global organizations.
