You will act as the primary point of contact for receiving all employee inquiries. Your role will be to manage the flow of information, triage requests, and efficiently route them to the correct people within the HR department.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and manage the main HR team inbox.
Receive, analyze, and triage requests submitted through the HR management information system (Dayforce).
Accurately dispatch inquiries to the appropriate specialists within the team (payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, etc.).
Respond directly to first-level HR questions, based on your comfort level and established policies.
Ensure rigorous follow-up on all files and provide prompt service to employees.
Maintain absolute confidentiality of all processed information.
Qualifications
Perfect bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written (Essential).
High proficiency with technology and computer systems. Experience with an HRIS (especially Dayforce) is a major asset.
Excellent organizational skills, priority management, and strong attention to detail.
A calm, composed, and professional personality, able to maintain focus in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Sound judgment, a direct approach, and a sharp mind.
Previous experience in administration or HR coordination is an asset.
