Your Role

As H&S Coordinator (Lancaster), you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

Ensure compliance with OSHA and state/local regulations, including incident reporting and recordkeeping
Maintain and continuously improve health & safety policies, procedures, and programs
Act as a key point of contact for safety inspections and audits, supporting preparation and follow-up
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and hazard analyses across both sites
Analyze safety trends and data to identify opportunities and drive proactive risk reduction strategies
Track and report on safety KPIs (leading and lagging indicators)

What you bring

You're a natural fit for H&S Coordinator (Lancaster) if you have:

3-5 Years experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong alignment with leadership
Proficiency with MS365, SAP, Power BI and safety tracking software
