Develop your talents
By applying for your expertise within our facility in Rockingham NC, as a Health and Safety Specialist:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of health and safety programs, standards, and compliance requirements across the facility.
- Assist supervisors and managers with safety processes, hazard identification, risk assessments, workplace inspections, audits, and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate and support health and safety training programs, recordkeeping, safety communications, and employee awareness initiatives.
- Participate in incident investigations, including documentation, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and follow-up.
- Monitor safety performance indicators, maintain compliance documentation, and support regulatory and operational audits.
- Contribute to emergency preparedness activities, including emergency response planning and drills.

Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred
- OSHA certification or other safety-related training.
- Internship, co-op, or manufacturing experience.
- Basic understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
