Base Salary: $75,000
Vacation: 3 weeks + 5 personal days

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Human Capital, you will play a key role in supporting managers and teams. This position is hands-on and focused on operational HR activities, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and employee development initiatives.
Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and team development.
Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes.
Deliver training sessions to managers on topics such as performance management and employee relations.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance and harmonization of policies.
Participate in special projects (e.g., pay equity, skills development).
Qualifications
Experience in SMEs or fast-growing environments (start-up or scale-up).
Ability to build and improve HR processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bilingual (French/English) is essential because you will support employees all over Canada
Proactive, versatile, and solution-oriented personality.
Comfortable working onsite (minimum 2 days per week).
