This role is instrumental in supporting multiple business groups within the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience partnering for performance management and coaching, be a strong communicator, and loves to collaborate with teams.
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (1-2 days on-site, 3-4 days remote)
Experience: 5 years in an HRBP role
Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 annually

Responsibilities
Partner with business groups to provide guidance and support on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, career progression, and more.
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of roles for the organization, specifically with the client group being supported.
Work with and support leaders through any employee relation issues through coaching, problem-solving and any follow-up actions.
Work with all levels of leadership develop effective organizational structures, with the support and collaboration of the HR team.
Participate in developing and executive programs and policies.
Utilize data to identify opportunities for effectiveness and efficiency.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years in an HRBP role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong technical skills, experience using UKG is preferred.
Tech industry experience is preferred.
Previous work experience partnering with various levels across an organization.
