Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will involve verifying sales transactions and client profiles, ensuring compensation is issued correctly according to business rules, and conducting process verifications. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications
This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of relevant HR administrative compensation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential. Experience with Webex, sales platforms, IRIS, and referral management systems is a plus. Banking industry experience and/or a CHRP designation are considered assets.
