We are looking for a proactive individual to join our client's dedicated HR team in Woodbridge, Ontario. This pivotal role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting and is passionate about employee engagement and development. You'll be a key partner to the HR Manager, taking ownership of various HR functions and contributing significantly to the strategic HR agenda. This is an on-site position at the plant, requiring daily presence and engagement with employees across all shifts.

Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong preference for exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced MS Excel for data analysis. Prior experience with a major HRIS, specifically a system akin to ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN), is essential.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, with a natural capacity to build trust and navigate employee relations.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adept at identifying challenges and implementing practical solutions.
Confidentiality: Unwavering commitment to handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
