The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is designed for someone who thrives as a true generalist, supporting multiple HR functions and providing valuable day-to-day support to the entire HR team. In the busy HR team, every day is different, from recruiting to occupational health and safety; this is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle and our business.

Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
•University Degree or College Diploma in Business or HR related discipline
•1 – 3 years relevant experience
•Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across functional lines and multiple levels of the organization
•Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving employee issues in the workplace
•Strong planning and time management skills; ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
•CHRP or CHRL in progress
•Experience working in an applicant tracking system (JobVite)
•Experience in disability management for both occupational and non-occupational claims
