Position: Senior Technical Recruiter
Shift: Hybrid (Monday & Friday remote; Tuesday to Thursday onsite)

Responsibilities
• Provide recruiting services in accordance with Randstad's processes, standards, and systems.
• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for high-level, difficult, specialty, or complex technical positions.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Possess strong candidate and client management skills, with a proven ability to influence.
• Develop and execute autonomous strategies including networking, call lists, niche social networking, and leveraging general industry knowledge.
• Act as a recruiting partner and subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement solutions to complex recruiting issues.
• Address ambiguous situations and respond effectively.
• Screen, counsel, and coach candidates; negotiate offers.
• Facilitate consensus meetings with hiring teams.
• Practice attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processing.
• Function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of full life cycle technology recruiting experience, recruiting for senior-level positions in a corporate/staffing environment.
• Solid understanding of different software engineering domains and tech job families.
• 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting strategy development and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
