Job Title - Human Resources - Recruiter
Start Date: May 1st, 2026
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, or 9:00am – 6:00pm EST.
This is a remote (work from home) opportunity

-During peak season (October – November), potential for overtime.
Responsibilities
Candidate Screening: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen potential candidates and assess fit for various roles.
Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end hiring process within Workday, ensuring all candidate data and statuses are accurate.
Onboarding Support: Act as the primary point of contact for applicants during the onboarding phase; send emails and texts to ensure they are prepared for their first day.
Proactive Communication: Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries via text and email efficiently; conduct follow-up calls to resolve questions and clarify expectations.
Offer Management: Formally extend job offers to successful candidates and educate them on the next steps of the onboarding journey.
Candidate Experience: Engage in active listening to address candidate concerns, de-escalating issues when necessary to ensure a positive brand image.
Reporting & Documentation: Update client systems with detailed notes on actions taken and maintain basic reports in Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
Experience: 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience (high-volume recruiting experience is highly preferred).
Language: Full professional proficiency in Written and Spoken English.
Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to prioritize multiple functions, manage time efficiently, and handle high call volumes without sacrificing quality.
