Responsibilities
Here are the clear and simple tasks this draftsperson will need to accomplish daily to advance our various construction sites:
Create precise technical drawings of HVAC equipment related to ongoing projects.
Advise the project team based on the technical specifications of the drawings.
Rigorously ensure the absolute compliance of plans and specifications.
Carefully prepare the necessary site documents and as-built (TQC) drawings.
Create the material lists required to start the work.
Actively collaborate with the entire team (project director, estimators, project manager, and sales) to ensure the successful execution of mandates.
Participate in the continuous improvement of our technical drawing and documentation processes.
Qualifications
To thrive in this draftsperson mandate located in Mirabel, we are looking for someone with the following profile:
A relevant diploma, either a DVS (DEP) or DCS (DEC) in mechanical engineering or industrial drafting.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the specific field of ventilation, acquired specifically with a specialized contractor.
Excellent knowledge of Autocad (MEP) software.
A strong ability to read and interpret layout plans.
A strong attention to detail to always guarantee the quality of your deliverables.
Great autonomy combined with a strong sense of initiative.
A strong aptitude for teamwork and a good ability to listen to your colleagues.
