What You’ll Do:
- Offer expert-level technical assistance and troubleshooting support to technicians through phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and occasional site visits.
- Partner with contractors on advanced system installations and commissioning projects.
- Provide practical, results-driven solutions that keep projects moving forward and clients fully supported.
- Occasionally assist with field operations while maintaining a primarily office-based role.
- Operate mainly from our Edmonton office, with reimbursed travel across Alberta and occasional collaboration with our Calgary team.
📍 Location: Edmonton, AB (travel within Alberta required)
💵 Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 annually + performance bonus
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for technicians and contractors requiring technical support or troubleshooting assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving VRF/VRV systems, controls, electronics, and complex installations.
- Provide commissioning and service support both remotely and during occasional on-site visits.
- Lead and deliver technical training sessions via Microsoft Teams or in-person workshops.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering departments to identify and resolve product performance challenges.
- Create, update, and manage detailed reports and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related software tools.
Qualifications
✅ What You’ll Bring:
- Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic certification (required)
- At least 5 years of practical HVAC experience in the field
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring, controls, and related systems
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Experience mentoring apprentices or offering technical guidance is an asset
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office applications, and virtual communication tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (all mileage fully reimbursed)
- Bonus qualifications: experience with VRF/VRV systems, knowledge of AutoCAD, and certifications in First Aid, Fall Protection, or Forklift operation
