Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as HVAC project manager
Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of HVAC projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Communication: Maintain fluid and regular communication with your team members and all external stakeholders.
Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to manage project changes and adjust plans proactively.
Technical Knowledge: Leverage your solid understanding of HVAC systems, industry standards, and related technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective coordination of project activities.
Qualifications
This HVAC Project Manager position is for you if you have:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Project Manager in a construction company.
A university degree in mechanical engineering, building engineering, or a related field (an asset).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and relevant software.
Ability to work under pressure and proactively solve problems.
A client and service-oriented approach.
You are autonomous, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
