Responsibilities

Conducting site pre-visits and validating installation readiness before interventions.

Providing high-level technical support to clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Writing detailed service reports and ensuring rigorous follow-up on each technical intervention.
Delivering technical training to clients and actively collaborating on the resolution of complex projects.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this HVAC refrigeration technician position in Montreal must possess:
Valid qualification certificate in refrigeration systems (apprentice 1 to 4 or journeyperson), ASP Construction card, and halocarbon card.
Valid driver's license, valid passport, citizenship or permanent residency for travel and training in the United States.
Fluent mastery of French and English for daily client communication and out-of-country training.
Strong technical skills in hydronics and automation, along with computer literacy (experience with the Fulton brand is a major asset).
Excellent diagnostic abilities, operational rigor, customer service orientation, and TAG-1 or heating certification (assets).
