What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support to technicians via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and occasional on-site visits.
- Assist contractors with complex installations and system commissioning.
- Deliver practical, real-world solutions to keep projects on track and customers fully satisfied.
- Occasionally support field operations without the demands of full-time fieldwork.
- Work primarily from our Edmonton office, with reimbursed travel across Alberta and occasional support for our Calgary location.

💵 Compensation: $75,000–$95,000/year + bonus
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
🔧 Primary Duties:
- Serve as the key point of contact for technicians and contractors seeking technical guidance
- Troubleshoot and fix problems in VRF/VRV systems, controls, electronics, and advanced installations
- Support commissioning and maintenance tasks both remotely and on-site when required
- Conduct and facilitate technical training sessions through Microsoft Teams or face-to-face
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to address and solve product-related issues
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
Qualifications
✅ What You Bring to the Role:
- Certification as a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic (mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in HVAC field work
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and control technologies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Experience guiding apprentices or providing technical coaching is a plus
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office suite, and online collaboration platforms
- Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation (all mileage reimbursed)
- Additional assets: familiarity with VRF/VRV systems, AutoCAD proficiency, First Aid, Fall Protection, or Forklift certifications
