Qualifications

Strong financial management skills, including estimation, budget tracking, forecasting, and accruals.
Demonstrated experience with organizational change management.
A track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving multiple departments, vendors, and external partners.
Expertise in applying various project management methodologies.
Ability to work in ambiguous situations and adapt to change.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, peers, and team members.
Advanced communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated change and thought leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Project Online.
Desired: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Desired: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
