Genuine team culture — a one-team mentality where people show up for each other. Monthly Employee Excellence sessions, weekly team check-ins, and a buddy system that sets you up for success from Day 1

Strong Assets
Previous implementation, consulting, or training experience — in software or otherwise
Construction accounting knowledge — job costing, WIP reporting, progress billing, holdbacks, subcontractor management
Experience with construction accounting software
Client-facing experience in any form — audit engagements, client site work, consulting, customer success
