Responsibilities
Inbound Delivery Tracking: Organize inbound pipe freight, schedule trucking, and coordinate yard offloading schedules.
Receiving & Inventory Control: Inspect incoming stock, reconcile received goods against purchase orders, and maintain accurate real-time inventory counts.
Shipping Documentation: Manage Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, Material Test Reports (MTRs), and system entries.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies in freight quantities, damaged goods, or delivery delays.
Operations Support: Maintain consistent communication between suppliers, transport carriers, and warehouse/yard staff.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics, freight coordination, and inventory management.
Industry Background: Strong practical knowledge of steel pipe, OCTG, line pipe, or industrial materials.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and inventory management software or ERP systems.
Location: Must currently reside in the Edmonton, Nisku, Leduc, or Millet area (relocation is not offered). This location is ideally suited for candidates commuting from South Edmonton, Leduc, Nisku, Beaumont, Devon, Wetaskiwin, Calmar, and Mullhurst.
Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and clear verbal and written communication.
