The Inbound Coordinator is a critical link in our client's supply chain, ensuring that the materials needed for production arrive safely, on time, and in compliance with all international standards. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys the "puzzle" of logistics—balancing shipping schedules, supplier communication, and data management to keep operations running at peak efficiency. As an Inbound Coordinator, no two days are the same. You will be the "air traffic control" for incoming materials by:
Managing Shipments: Overseeing arrivals from global suppliers and picking the best routes to save time and money.
Building Relationships: Staying in close contact with suppliers and logistics partners to keep materials flowing smoothly.
Proactive Problem Solving: Monitoring transport performance and jumping in to fix delays before they impact production.
Team Coordination: Working side-by-side with warehouse teams to organize and streamline high-volume deliveries.
Data & Visibility: Keeping systems updated in real-time and using tracking tools so everyone knows exactly where shipments are.
Reporting: Using Excel to analyze data and find ways to make the supply chain even better.
Compliance: Handling important import/export paperwork and making sure all shipping regulations are met.
Qualifications
Technical Skills: You are a pro with Microsoft Excel and have experience working within ERP systems.
Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain. If you have worked with import/export documentation, that is a major asset!
Education: A High School Diploma is required; a degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.
Communication: You have strong verbal and written skills and can build professional relationships with external partners.
Detail-Oriented: You can multitask and stay accurate even when the pace picks up.
Brand Ambition: You are committed to high standards and representing the brand with professionalism.
