Responsibilities
Operational Support: Provide daily administrative support to Operations, Production, and Warehouse Managers.
Production Document Management: Receive, classify, and archive work orders, production sheets, maintenance reports, and other critical operational documents.
Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry related to production, inventory, and labor hours into the ERP system or dedicated databases.
Internal Communication: Coordinate the flow of information between the administration office and the plant/production departments.
Inventory and Supplies: Manage office supplies and administrative materials for the operations teams.
General Assistance: Prepare presentations, simple reports, tracking tables, and organize meetings for the management teams.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial company.
Education: Vocational Diploma (DEP) or College Diploma (DEC) in secretarial studies, office administration, or a relevant field.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an asset.
Rigor: Exceptional rigor and accuracy in data entry and document management.
Qualities: Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and adapt to a plant/production environment.
Languages: Proficiency in French (oral and written).
