Responsibilities
Your Daily Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the leader of our installations. Your main tasks will include:
Planning, organizing, and managing all stages of diverse projects, with values ranging from $100,000 to $15 million.
Acting as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, suppliers, and installers.
Developing and ensuring rigorous tracking of production schedules, budgets, and profitability.
Coordinating project kick-offs on-site, primarily in Quebec and the Northeastern United States.
Managing contract modifications, technical issues, and change requests.
Ensuring the compliance and quality of installations according to specifications and client requirements.
Maintaining an exemplary level of communication and a high rate of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
The Profile We're Looking For
We are looking for an organized, autonomous professional with excellent leadership skills.
7 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management, ideally in the construction, commercial, or industrial development sectors.
A background in engineering, architecture, or a PMP certification is a major asset.
Comfortable reading technical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Availability for occasional travel to the United States (approximately 2 to 3 times per month for short durations).
Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and negotiation.
A great sense of organization and a keen eye for detail.
