Responsibilities
Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the primary responder for electrical faults in complex automated systems, including Allen Bradley/Siemens PLCs, VFDs, and sophisticated sensor arrays.
System Optimization: Beyond basic PMs, you will analyze equipment performance on ovens, mixers, and high-speed packaging lines to drive continuous improvement.
Capital Projects: Lead the electrical execution of new equipment commissioning, including wiring, conduit runs, and system integration.
Safety Leadership: Uphold the gold standard in safety and quality, ensuring full compliance with HACCP and rigorous LOTO protocols.
Digital Integration: Utilize our CMMS to track maintenance cycles, ensuring our facility remains a data-driven environment.
Qualifications
Valid Electrical License (442A or 309A with manufacturing experience)
4+ years in an industrial setting, ideally within FMCG or Food & Beverage.
Strong ability to read electrical schematics and program/debug PLC logic.
