Responsibilities
-Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on various industrial equipment during production and planned shutdowns.
-Diagnose, troubleshoot, and program PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Parker, Yaskawa, ABB).
-Develop and execute electromechanical projects, with a focus on drive motors and PLC applications.
-Read, interpret, and design technical plans and schematics.
-Recommend and implement effective maintenance and repair measures to optimize equipment performance.
-Actively participate in planned plant shutdowns (twice a year) and perform all related tasks.
-Manage the loading and unloading of tools, oils, and equipment.
-Adhere strictly to all Morbern occupational health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
-Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
-Professional Studies Diploma in Electromechanics or equivalent training.
-1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (asset).
-Knowledge of industrial electricity (license an asset).
-Previous experience in a manufacturing company (asset).
-Proficiency in both English and French.
-Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
