Responsibilities
Keep high-speed packaging, assembly, and printing machinery operating efficiently.
Perform routine preventive maintenance, machine setups, and tooling changeovers.
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical components using manuals and drawings.
Respond to machine breakdowns with a strong sense of urgency to minimize downtime.
Follow plant safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and clean-workplace guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude—fixing equipment and solving technical problems comes naturally to you.
Practical hands-on experience maintaining machinery in a manufacturing or packaging environment (international/global experience welcomed!).
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
Willingness to complete 1–3 months of Day-shift training, followed by a 3-shift rotation (Mornings, Afternoons, Nights).
