Orchestrate Industrial Assembly: Securely and precisely wrap heavy industrial rubber piping onto large-scale production spindles to build high-durability products.
Maintain Precision Quality: Continuously inspect product dimensions and monitor specs against rigid manufacturing standards.
Power Physical Operations: Sustain high energy through heavy manual labor, including persistent heavy lifting and standing throughout full 12-hour shifts.
Drive Crew Targets: Collaborate closely with team members to hit daily output goals while maintaining an uncompromised commitment to plant safety.
Who You Are
Sustained Physical Capability: Proven ability to execute intense physical labor and heavy lifting consistently across extended shifts.
Independent Commute Readiness: Reliable personal transportation to guarantee timely attendance (site is non-accessible via public transit).
Administrative Compliance: Readiness to sign an Overtime Averaging Agreement prior to your official start date.
Pay & Schedule
Compensation: Day Shift: $24.00 / hour Night Shift: $26.50 / hour
Schedule: Full-time, alternating 12-hour continental shift rotation (3-on/2-off, 2-on/3-off)
Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Onboarding Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM for initial training

Night Shift: $26.50/hour 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: Alternating 12-hour shifts (3 days on/2 off for days, 2 nights on/3 off for nights).
Training: Your first week is Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Then you start your regular shift.
Responsibilities
Wrap heavy rubber pipe tightly and securely onto large spindles.
Inspect the product continuously to ensure the wrapping meets high quality standards.
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely throughout the 12-hour shift.
Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors to maintain a smooth, safe workflow.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Previous experience working in production environments
Always on time for shift handovers.
Strong, reliable work ethic.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
