Compensation & Schedule:
Day Shift: $24.00 / hour (6:45 AM – 7:00 PM)

Night Shift: $26.50 / hour (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Alternating 12-hour continental rotation (3-on/2-off, 2-on/3-off)
Onboarding: Initial training schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Securely and precisely wrap heavy industrial rubber piping onto large-scale production spindles.
Monitor product dimensions and specifications to maintain quality standards.
Perform continuous physical labor, including heavy lifting and standing for extended 12-hour periods.
Collaborate with crew members to meet daily production targets safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to perform sustained heavy manual labor throughout full shifts.
Reliable personal transportation (location is not accessible via public transit).
Willingness to complete an Overtime Averaging Agreement prior to start.

Perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely throughout the 12-hour shift.
Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors to maintain a smooth, safe workflow.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Previous experience working in production environments
Always on time for shift handovers.
Strong, reliable work ethic.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
