Position: Info Security Analyst I
Shift: 8:30-5, Monday-Friday (flexible)
Location: Hybrid - Remote (with in-office training and occasional team meetings in Toronto, ON)

Responsibilities
• Access Request Management: Managing various technology access request queues across systems like Active Directory, Unix, ACF2, RACF, Windows, and Databases (SQL, Oracle).
• Privileged ID Review and Approval: Ensuring privileged ID requests are reviewed and approved according to IAM policies and standards before provisioning.
• Compliance: Maintaining and enhancing the control process to ensure privileged access is provisioned in accordance with the bank's security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaboration: Working as part of a team to manage privileged access requests.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 0-2 years of experience in access management, ID creation.
• Good understanding of IAM principles, policies, and standards.
• Familiarity with PAM concepts and best practices.
• Knowledge of various systems including Active Directory, Unix, ACF2, RACF, Windows, and Databases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
Access management related certifications and Information security certification/accreditation are considered assets. SalesPoint experience is a plus.
