Responsibilities
Design, plan, and orchestrate the deployment of complex infrastructure (Azure Cloud, hypervisors, advanced networks, data centers, security, and compliance).
Act as an expert to resolve complex technical issues across internal and multi-client infrastructures (remotely or on-site).
Participate in strategic decision-making, the evolution of service offerings, and—ultimately—corporate governance as a partner.
Optimize monitoring, automation, and asset management (endpoints, servers, switches, firewalls, DNS/DHCP/GPO networks).
Serve as a strategic advisor (vCTO) to key clients to modernize their IT environments.
Qualifications
Proven, successful experience in a multi-client Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
7 to 10+ years in a senior technical role (Senior Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Specialist, or Architect).
Willingness to become a partner, lead the team, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strategic & Technical Mastery of the Following Technologies:
Microsoft Windows Server (2019/2022/2025), Active Directory (GPO, OU, security hardening), advanced networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, switches, VPNs).
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 (advanced administration & security), VMware vSphere, Hyper-V.
SAN/NAS storage, backups, Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), compliance, and cybersecurity.
