This role is ideal for an up-and-coming sales professional, a tradesperson (pipefitter, laborer) looking to step off the tools into an office sales role, or an industrial administrator ready to transition into sales. If you have industry exposure, strong computer skills, and a customer-first mindset, sales training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer sales inquiries, handle phone calls, process emails, and assist counter walk-in clients.
- Prepare accurate price quotes, confirm stock availability, and process sales orders in the computer system.
- Source product pricing from suppliers when necessary and follow up on quotes to close sales.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to track and expedite customer deliveries.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with local contractors, fabricators, and site operations teams.
Qualifications
- Practical trade experience (e.g., Pipefitter, Industrial Laborer, Field Worker) ready for an inside sales environment
Solid computer skills (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Professional, resilient, and thick-skinned with strong verbal and written communication.
- Basic math skills for order calculations and pricing.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn - full product lines and ERP training provided.
