Expected start date: Monday, July 6th, 2026 (Official contract start date is Wednesday, July 8th, 2026, but selected candidates must go on-site on July 6th for an office tour and technology enablement).
Advantages
High-Volume Openings: 10 positions available.
Contract Longevity: Full-time, up to 12-month contract opportunity with a strong possibility of extension.
Location: On-site work in Niagara
Free On-site Parking & spacious workstations equipped with updated technology platforms and tools.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST (including statutory holidays). Hours vary between 35–44 hours per week. Shift bids are placed monthly based on performance metrics.
Competitive Pay: $20.43 hourly.
Total Joining Bonus ($1,000 gross value, subject to applicable tax deductions):
A contract commencement bonus of CAD $500 paid after the completion of 4 consecutive weeks of service.
A contract completion bonus of CAD $500 paid after completing 12 weeks of service.
Comprehensive Training: 6 to 8 weeks of hands-on training and support (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST).

Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of high-spending advertisers within the small to medium-sized business sector to grow revenue through increased product savviness.
Consultative Sales: Demonstrate a strong commitment to consultative sales, proactively out-reaching via high-volume outbound calling and reactively engaging over the phone and email.
Optimization Strategy: Speak directly with decision-makers to optimize their active digital campaigns, maximize budgets, and increase long-term customer investment on the platform.
Market Intelligence: Research and discover a fundamental understanding of vertical markets, industry competitors, and client business models to build localized market intelligence.
Tailored Solutions: Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with personalized recommendations and multi-touch cross/up-selling to meet their strategic goals.
Product Expertise: Develop expert working knowledge of social media advertising solutions, trends, and performance metrics while sharing product improvement ideas.
Client Care & Triage: Professionally triage client support issues while consistently maintaining a strong relationship and meeting customer needs.
Qualifications
Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (relationship sales, outbound sales, ad sales, digital marketing, or BPO experience preferred, door to door, telecommunication sales representatives
Overall Experience: Minimum of 3 years of total professional work experience.
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Geographic Experience: Prior experience working with customers from North America is preferred.
Sales Performance: Prior quota-based sales experience with a demonstrated impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion metrics is highly preferred.
Core Skillsets:
Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing principles.
Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and professional writing skills.
Advanced computer proficiency, specifically the ability to multitask across multiple programs concurrently.
Interpersonal Attributes: Highly motivated with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and a creative problem-solving mindset. Ability to adapt quickly to continuously evolving advertising platform needs in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
