The ideal candidate will have previous experience from a manufacturing or purchasing environment in a similar position, with electrical product knowledge as an asset.

Responsibilities
As the Inside Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the Inside Sales team with day to day activities and working with outside sales representatives.
- Preparing quotes, and determining if requested specifications are achievable and in line with customer's requirements.
- Data Entry and spreadsheet management in Excel and AS400 (training will be provided)
- Daily interaction with customers both in person and via email, and especially on the phones.
- Understanding the specific needs of each customer and exploring new customer opportunities.
- Following up on information received from the supplier portal.
- General administrative duties to support the department.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role providing administrative support to a team.
- Prior quotation experience is an asset, particularly from a manufacturing or purchasing related role.
- Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Organized and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
