Responsibilities
As an HVAC Inside Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will be to:
Take over from the engineering team to finalize and close sales for large-scale industrial and commercial projects.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients (contractors, refrigeration specialists) on a daily basis via email and phone.
Coordinate orders and ensure rigorous follow-up with our international supplier partners.
Collaborate with internal departments (parts, installation, warranties) to provide an impeccable “turnkey” customer experience.
Ensure proper administrative management and invoicing of your accounts in the company’s IT system.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in technical sales, customer service, or order management (experience in the automotive parts or industrial hardware industry is highly preferred).
A DEP or DEC in building mechanics or a related field (an asset, but we value your potential above all else!).
Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, a dynamic attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.
Proficiency with computer tools and administrative process management.
Fluent in spoken and written French;
Proficiency in English (functional to bilingual level) is required for this position. As an exclusive distributor, the incumbent will interact daily—in writing and by phone—with our strategic partners and manufacturers located in the United States to provide technical support for machinery, parts, and production orders.
