Responsibilities
Respond to our clientele's requests in person, by email, or by phone;
Identify client needs, and propose the appropriate products and services;
Prepare and follow up on quotes/submissions;
Collaborate with the external sales team;
Prepare orders for clients who present themselves on-site;
Order parts and/or equipment;
Offer technical support to our clientele.
Qualifications
Experience in sales and/or technical customer service;
DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Building Mechanics, DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) or AEP (Attestation of Vocational Specialization) in refrigeration and/or knowledge in the HVAC-R field;
Be a team player and a person involved in the success of the company who wants to make a difference;
A multi-tasking, efficient person who will be able to respond quickly;
You have a dynamic personality, then this position is for you!
