Responsibilities
Here's what your daily life will look like in this Inside Sales Representative Metals position:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and margin objectives ;
- Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts for a key geographical region of the company ;
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in your market, especially buyers, business leaders, and project managers ;
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external sales representatives to ensure a consistent client approach ;
- Provide comprehensive customer support, including responding to product inquiries, managing quotes and proposals, and tracking orders to ensure a high rate of customer satisfaction ;
- Identify specific customers needs and recommend the most suitable related products and services for their desired application.
Qualifications
For this position, we're seeking a profile that matches the following criteria:
- B2B sales experience with knowledge in the stainless steel or metals industry ;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required ;
- A relevant degree in sales, business administration, or a technical field (an asset) ;
- Ability to conduct active prospecting (cold calls to inactive or potential clients) ;
- A curious, autonomous, and results-driven personality determined to exceed objectives.
