Your mission: to advise residential customers, meet their needs, sell them suitable products and services, and ensure excellent follow-up.
📍 Location: Anjou, Montreal (public transit accessible, parking available)

Advantages
Hourly wage between $21.70 and $24.33, depending on experience
Commissions: 2% on equipment sales, 4% on services
Complete onboarding and product training (3 to 6 months)
All necessary equipment provided at onboarding
Year-round stable work environment – no off-seasons
Supportive and accessible management
Responsibilities
Answer over 100 incoming calls per day regarding products, services, or sales follow-ups.
Generate opportunities for external sales teams.
Participate in customer retention efforts.
Collaborate with internal departments: installation, customer service, billing, etc.
Qualifications
Min. 2 years of experience in customer service.
Excellent French and functional English proficiency.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes noisy environment.
