Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle, from receiving requests to final delivery.
Prepare accurate technical quotes and ensure rigorous follow-up on ongoing projects.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and purchasing departments to meet deadlines.
Support the outside sales team and answer technical questions from clients (Canada and USA).
Use management tools (such as Asana) to ensure impeccable order traceability.
Qualifications
Previous experience in internal sales or technical customer service within the manufacturing sector.
Fluent bilingualism (French and English) essential for communicating with international clients, both orally and in writing.
Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with high autonomy.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and comfort with computer systems.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders.
