Responsibilities
Drive business development through phone prospecting, strategic account sourcing, and B2B win-back campaigns for former clients
Act as a premier technical advisor by accurately answering customer inquiries and guiding them toward optimal ventilation solutions
Collaborate closely with internal estimating and support teams to maximize the conversion of commercial opportunities
Ensure rigorous follow-up on issued quotes, orders, and overall customer satisfaction
Utilize the company's ERP system daily to log, track, and optimize all sales data
Qualifications
Relevant work experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development
Proven technical knowledge or hands-on experience related to ventilation systems
Imperative fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with local markets and Canadian markets outside of Quebec
Proficiency in ERP/CRM computer tools (knowledge of Filemaker or SAP is an asset)
Proven ability to work 100% on-site at the Anjou offices
